Last night I had the #honour and #pleasure to have dinner with a LEGEND of VRM - Mr Werner Reith 🙌 🙌🙌🙌After 25yrs, Werner retired in 2019, but he remains talked about beyond his years - a #Legend.For me personally, Werner has been and remains an inspiration. We first met ~25yrs ago at a training course in Switzerland and his passion for #Teroson was infectious. His breadth and depth of knowledge was incredible, and combined with his kind nature and desire to help everyone and share his knowledge, an absolute gentleman who wanted the best for the brand and all associated with it. Werner - The next generation continue the journey you started but your legacy is embedded into #whoweare and #whatwedo - Thank You 🙏 We shared stories and incredible memories, and I was also able to get coaching and feedback about today’s business and market - he remains passionate about Teroson even 4yrs into retirement 🤩 .Looking forward to our next dinner and catch up soon. 🇩🇪 Customer visits this week to gain invaluable #internal and #external perspectives. #PeopleFirst: Thank you Andreas Haas, Anna Klusmann, Reinhold Ruf, Dirk Reichenbach & Jonas Best. It was inspiring to observe you all in action. Showing the value we create for our customers with our #heroapplications was truly inspirational. #SalesExcellence: No matter how many In Workshop Seminars (IWS) you have seen already, every additional one shows how our expertise and know-how connects with the workshop technician pain points, and that each solution shown helps them from then onwards. What we call the #Teroson WOW Moment is right in front of you and it’s an emotion without words. Also, seeing 30 workshop owners in a Customer Training School (CTS), themselves experts in glass replacement, constructively challenge your solution but slowly come around as they see the application being performed and the confidence and trust in our expertise is acknowledged - this is a magical moment and reinforces how important our expertise and know-how is. Bringing it to the life in a CTS is incredibly powerful. #VoiceofCustomer: it was a pleasure to meet end customers (owners, technicians, etc) and distributors (owners, purchasing managers, distribution staff) and engage to get their perspective on our #brand, #expertise and their #expectations. How are we currently living up to these, how do we close the gap and where can we further improve to strengthen our partnership. All great insights and invaluable perspectives. Keep winning at the customer with our amazing #SalesExcellence model and creating even more value for our customers.Thank you to everyone who made this visit possible (Ertan Demir & Sergej Gutmann, MBA at WHU).

Out of my comfort zone #3 - it’s amazing how the brain talks to your body. I’m not a fan of heights and, on a recent vacation to the US where I visited some National Parks, my brain made my legs go wobbly a few times the nearer the edge I went.However, I knew I could do it and that I was very safe, so I pushed myself to #enjoy and #liveinthemoment. Something we often forget to do when we are busy working. Surrounded by spectacular scenery and breathtaking views, it was time to be calm, breathe, make the uncomfortable comfortable, and enjoy the surroundings and make memories.
