About the job:As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the operations of the company Dingli AWP Europe Trading Limited B.V. located in Weert, Limburg, Netherlands. Your efficient and effective administrative skills will contribute to maintaining a well-organized and smooth-running office environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the ongoing success of a global leader in the machinery industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and follow up orders internally and externally
  • Assist with commercial activities like drafting and sending quotes
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales and inventory reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Stay up to date with new products and features
  • Follow up parts orders and invoicing
  • Provide administrative support to technical support team
  • Coordinate and manage office activities, including office supplies procurement, maintenance, and repairs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and business travel arrangements
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and other related paperwork
  • Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
  • Support the finance team in managing expenses, invoices, and financial documentation
  • Format into sections and lists to improve readability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Administration Officer or similar administrative roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch or Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in the international corporation is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
